RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At VeroGent, we want every customer to be confident when ordering from us. Please review our return and refund policy below before making a purchase.

14-DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be: unworn, unused, and in its original condition; returned with all original tags attached; returned in its original packaging where possible; accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To request a return, please contact us at verogent.net@gmail.com. Please include your order number, full name, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return request. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, VeroGent will assist with a suitable solution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

DAMAGED, FAULTY, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at verogent.net@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund where required.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

We accept change of mind returns if the item is unworn, unused, in original condition, with tags attached, and returned within 14 days of delivery. Change of mind returns are subject to approval. For hygiene and quality reasons, items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used cannot be returned for change of mind.

SALE ITEMS AND GIFT CARDS

Sale items may only be returned where required by Australian Consumer Law, including where the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. Gift cards are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return for the original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you would prefer.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and display the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at verogent.net@gmail.com.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law. Where a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy depending on the circumstances.
